Prices, Description and Availability of Goods

All prices are shown in USD (United States dollars). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information may be subject to change without notice. As a result, any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. If goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between receiving a refund on the item, having it shipped to you when it is back in stock, or selecting an alternative product. While we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information, and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Despite our best efforts, it may be possible that some of the items displayed on our site may be mispriced.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal for payment methods. If these payment options are not practical for your situation, please let us know and we may be able to work something out. We do, however, reserve the right to accept or reject other forms of payment at our discretion. Additionally, if a personal or business check is the agreed form of payment, there will be a $ 25.00 fee for bounced checks.

Cancellation / Returns

Here at Essential Garden, we strive to offer you outstanding customer service and the best body care products available. As such, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we ask that you notify us via our Contact Form. We also ask that you fully inform us of the problem so that we can better understand your situation, as well as service and assist you more efficiently. We will gladly reimburse your credit card or offer you store credit for use at your convenience. In addition, if your goods have been damaged in transit, we ask that you notify us within 5 days of receipt so that we may take care of the situation immediately.

PLEASE NOTE:

The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (even if it qualified for Free Shipping at time of purchase). For those customers located within the Continental United States, it will be a set fee of $ 6.95. For international customers and those not within the Continental United States, it will be the cost of shipping.
